Cedric "Beastie" Jones

Co-Founder

Cedric Jones is a total package in the fitness world. He has dance professionally, trained celebrity/pro athletes and is certified in several areas to make sure you are able to reach your goals. He is one of the most motivational And passionate individuals in the industry. He is the founder of Beastie and the BMoved foundation. He believes “ You are not where you want to be, because you’re not doing what you need to do.” He is a trainer who has dedicated himself to getting people physically and mentally fit. With the goal of improving the lives of others, Cedric believes in challenging his members and helping them push past their limits.

Tommy Cassano

Co-Founder

Tommy Cassano is a highly motivated individual in the health, fitness & entertainment industry who is results driven and quality focused with an array of related experience to help change the lives of those around him. Tommy co-owns BEASTIE, a personal training gym, boxing gym, and group fitness gym in Manhattan Beach, CA.

Kevin Reyes

Kevin Reyes is born and raised in Los Angeles and grew up in the South Bay area. Kevin is a professional Jiu Jitsu athlete that has achieved many various titles - 4x National gold, 2x Pan-American gold and World medalist to name a few. He has picked up many forms of combat and movement including boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, judo. Later on Kevin would learn fitness/strength and conditioning to enhance his training, SSL (Sport Science Lab) being one of his first training modalities used in his fitness practice.

Yolanda Brinkley


I am Yolanda Brinkley and I am true believer of fitness dedication. In order to reach our fitness goals we must surrender to the workout: meaning we must NOT resist our body's natural desire to become stronger, faster, and better than we were yesterday.  80% of the battle is just getting here, but if you make the commitment to get into the Beastie gym, I will make it my duty to help you reach your fitness goals. 

I try to live my life as fearless as possible and I am constantly inspired by adventure. I enjoyed surfing Maldives, reaching the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro, and running with the bulls in Pamplona. I love the rush and excitement of testing my body to perform. I am a certified boxing instructor, and Boxing is my ultimate love. You will probably find me at Beastie working on a heavy bag, or perfecting my mitt work. I do believe we have to be dedicated in our fitness goals in order to see change. I can't wait to see you at the gym! Let's Box!!

Ruby Ghaffar

Ruby is a busy working professional and mother of 3 small kids. Her active lifestyle in group sports during her youth ignited her desire to understand how to constantly challenge the body for the best performance. This desire led her to study the human body in detail and become a science "geek". She has a Ph.D. in Pharmacology/Toxicology and serves as a Forensic Toxicology expert in addition to gaining several different group fitness certifications and personal training experience that has spanned over 20 years.  Health and fitness has always been a passion for Ruby and she loves to teach people how to  become the best versions of themselves through proper nutrition and exercise. One of her greatest joys is to see the transformations of her clients and members who have committed to make a positive change in their wellbeing. Ruby will always greet you with a warm smile and a tough workout! 

In her spare time, Ruby loves to travel, spend time with family and friends and dance the night away!

Eddy Newton

Eddy's training style is as holistic as his experience. While he excelled at football (playing for a Division 1 school and professionally), his background  also includes Track and Field, weightlifting, and Mixed Martial Arts. He integrates the various training techniques into his own teachings, with the goal of overall body alignment. Eddy thrives on his students seeing and feeling results, while also having a great time along the way. His positive vibration, years of teaching and education ensures that both the beginner and advanced participants will get the workout they are looking for.
